Permalon is goes where no other transfer goes, water proof nylons. The most difficult application is a substrate treated with a DWR. Permalon is designed to overcome the coatings for an excellent seal. For materials subjected to dry cleaning there is Permalon D.
Permalon D is designed to adhere to some fabrics that contain waterproofing agents commonly referred to as DWR. Permalon D will withstand dry cleaning. There are many water proofing agents and Permalon D may not be compatible with every DWR material. It is important to test all materials. Some fabrics may require preheating before applying the transfer.
There are too many water proofing agents for one product to work on all substrates. Permalon does not work in every case. Contact your local sales representative to see if this product is right for you.
