Comfort Deluxe® has moderate stretch and is excellent for fabrics with
mild bleeding issues. It is primarily targeted for the sporting industry such
as names, team badges, logos, numbers & interior information labels.
This product can have our sublimation blocking agent added.
Type of Fabric : Fabric with moderate stretch or no stretch. Fabric with
mild bleeding issues. Woven or Knitted.
Type of Clothing : Men and Women’s Casual wear, Children’s Casual
wear, Undergarments
Temperature: 285°F to 355°F ( 140°C to 180°C )
Time : 4-8 seconds
Pressure : 10-12 psi of applied pressure ( medium pressure )
Instructions : Apply the transfer with proper heat and pressure to fabric
for the recommended dwell time. The carrier board is removed hot. For
sublimation, use the lower temperature to prevent driving the sublimation
through the design.
Note : If the carrier board is not removed in a timely manner, the release
may become stiff. Please apply more heat briefly and then remove it.

Designed for high performance fabrics containing nylon, polyester, Lycra, spandex, and more. This is the premium format for the athletic and functional wear industry.
Easy Stretch® has very strong adhesive and Ink materials that gives lasting
performance on the most demanding synthetic fabrics. Offered in a variety
of formats, this product can incorporate our dye and sublimation blocking
agents.
Type of Fabric: High Performance fabrics containing nylon, polyester, Lycra,
or spandex
Type of Clothing: Athletic, Sports, Swimwear, Active Wear
Temperature : 320°F to 340°F ( 160°C to 171°C )
Time : 4-8 seconds
Pressure : 10 psi of applied pressure ( medium pressure )
Instructions : Apply proper heat & pressure for the recommended dwell time.
The carrier paper can then be removed hot (unless printed on clear
polyester then it may require cold peeling). Allow the transfer to cool before
stretching.
Note : Temperature from machine to machine can vary. It is best to test
applications before going into production.

This heat transfer is the optimal choice for night time or environments with low
lighting. Reflectacolor allow designs to gain an edge with functionality, adding an extra feature to your transfer with a means of safety to a product.
A transfer with reflective properties that applies to a variety of substrates. Its
strengths include moderate stretch, capable of multicolor designs and will
adhere to a variety of substrates. Designs in Reflectacolor can be single
colors and multicolor designs.
Type of Fabric : Woven or Knitted fabrics. Moderate stretch materials such
as Lycra
Type of Clothing : Work Wear, Active Wear, Safety Apparel
Temperature : 320°F to 355°F ( 160°C to 180°C )
Time : 12 - 15 seconds
Pressure : 5 - 8 psi of applied pressure ( light pressure )
Instructions : Apply the transfer with light to medium pressure to fabric for
the recommended dwell time. The carrier board is removed cold. On some
fabrics with coatings, it may require a 2nd application after removing the
carrier board. If edges around the design appears milky, a second
application for 5 second can seal down the edges.
Note : If the carrier board is not removed in a timely manner, the release may
become stiff. Apply more heat briefly, then remove the carrier board.

There are fabrics that contain waterproofing agents commonly referred to as
durable water repellent ( DWR ). Permalon D was created for fabrics that have been treated with these substrates, allowing you to have the option for printed designs onto these difficult materials.
Designed and applicable for fabrics that contain waterproofing agents.
However, not all water proofing agents work the same. It is important to test
materials before using. Permalon D has great fastness to repetitive washing,
rubbing and dry cleaning.
Type of Fabric: Waterproof nylons. Fabrics containing waterproofing agents commonly referred to as DWR. Little to no stretch. Materials subjected to dry cleaning.
Type of Clothing: Waterproof apparel, Performance gear
Temperature: 320°F to 345°F (160°C to 173°C)
Time: 6-10 seconds
Pressure: 10-12 psi of applied pressure (medium pressure)
Instructions: Apply proper heat & pressure for the recommended dwell time. The transfer is printed on polyester carrier board & removed after cooling. Fabrics treated DWR coatings are always difficult so some may require preheating before the application so always refer to application instructions if provided. It is very important to test for good adhesion prior to going into production.

Perfect for promoting your business through clothing apparels worn in the working or professional environment, these special Heat Transfers has evolved from regular printed heat transfers into a new extra dimension. The thick layered material gives reassurance to its design and viewers a sense of credibility to the associated brand.
A flat surfaced transfer with elevated properties made of water-based
viscous materials. The extra dimension gives the transfer a fuller
appearance. It’s flexible, capable of multicolor designs and will adhere to a
variety of substrates. Please ask for height adjustments, customization and
color options that is available.
Type of Fabric : Fabric with moderate or no stretch.
Type of Clothing : Work wear, Active wear, Outerwear
Temperature : 302°F to 320°F ( 150°C to 160°C )
Time : 5 seconds dwell on front side, 15 seconds on back side
Pressure : 10 - 12 psi of applied pressure ( medium pressure )
Instructions : Apply the transfer with proper heat and pressure to fabric for
the recommended dwell time. The carrier board is removed when it’s
cooled.
Note : The temperature and dwell time for the application is dependent on
the thickness of the fabric. Allow a short period for the adhesive to cool
before flipping the fabric over and apply a 15 second dwell to the back side
of the fabric. Allow the transfer to cool before removing the carrier film.
An environmentally and human friendly material, it is versatile for its unique
properties yet resistant to harsh environmental factors such as UV radiation,
extreme temperatures, and corrosive chemicals.
A flexible transfer with soft satin appearance, it has good adhesion on
compatible fabrics. Silicone is highly durable, being able to retain its shape
and flexibility in extreme conditions. It is not easily broken down by ultraviolet
light and ozone giving it longer lifespan. Please ask for customization and
color options that is available

Time : 5 - 8 seconds dwell on front side, 20 - 25 seconds on back side
Pressure : 10 - 12 psi of applied pressure ( medium pressure )
Instructions : Apply the first dwell time directly on top of the transfer to stick
the transfer to the fabric. Allow a short period for the adhesive to cool before
flipping the fabric over & apply a 20 to 25 second dwell to the back side of
the fabric. Allow the transfer to cool before removing the carrier film.
Note : The temperature and dwell time for the application is dependent on
the thickness of the fabric. Due to the thickness of the transfer, the primary
sealing for the application is done through the backside of the fabric. Lower
temperatures are recommended on sublimated fabrics to retain migration
from happening.

choice for promoting your brand images.
Sturdy and malleable, PVC’s multi designing capabilities add depth into the
brand image while assuring quality to its merchandise. Not available for heat
transferring, PVC can be applied with sewing. The flexibility of the material
can be adjusted. Please ask for dimensions, customizations and color
options that’s available.
