Performance

Easy Stretch
WHEN TO USE:
When dealing with high performance fabrics containing nylon, polyester, Lycra, and spandex. Strong adhesive and not limited to these materials

WHERE TO USE IT:
Swimwear, Performance clothing

HOW TO USE IT:
-Temperature: 320-340°F
-Time: 4-8 seconds
-Pressure: 10 psi of applied pressure
-Instructions & Additional information: Apply proper heat & pressure for the recommended dwell time. The carrier paper can then be removed hot (unless printed on clear polyester then it may require cold peeling). Allow to cool before stretching.

Reflective

Reflectacolor
WHEN TO USE:
If you have moderate stretch materials such as Lycra

WHERE TO USE IT:
Performance apparel, Safety gear

HOW TO USE IT:
-Temperature: 320°F to 355°F (160°C to 180°C)
-Time: 12-15 seconds
-Pressure: 5-8 psi of applied pressure (light pressure)-Instructions: Apply the transfer with light to medium pressure to fabric for the recommended dwell time.
The carrier board is removed cold. On some fabrics with coatings it may require a 2nd application after
removing the carrier board. If edges around the design appear milky a second application for 5 second
can seal down the edges.

Stretch

Permalon D
WHEN TO USE:
While applying on to waterproof nylons fabrics containing waterproofing agents commonly referred to as DWR. Little to no stretch. Materials subjected to dry cleaning.

WHERE TO USE IT:
Waterproof gear, performance gear

HOW TO USE IT:
-Temperature: 320-345°F
-Time: 6-10 seconds
-Pressure: 10-12 psi of applied pressure
-Instructions & Additional information: Apply proper heat & pressure for the recommended dwell time. The
transfer is printed on polyester carrier board & is removed after cooling. Fabrics treated DWR coatings
are always difficult so some may require preheating before the application so always refer to application
instructions if provided. It is very important to test for good adhesion prior to going into production.
